Description
A quesadilla is a Mexican dish and type of taco, consisting of a very large flour tortilla (10″ diameter) that is filled primarily with cheese; however you have options to enhance the flavor of the quesadilla by adding a filling, which will make it even more yummy! It is then folded in two, grilled so that all the flavors are integrated and then cut in half. Comes served with a side of Lettuce, Pico de Gallo and Sour Cream (All on the side).
