Queso Fundido (not a deep)… Includes 4 flour tortillas (no salsas)

Description

This is a classic Mexican appetizer. It is less watery then a queso dip or a cheese fondue (as this is melted cheese). It is piping hot, stringy cheese just begging to be scooped up by a flour tortilla.
We serve our queso fundido in a small -extremely hot Molcajete.
You can enjoy this dish as is (with just melted cheese) or you can choose to add Chorizo, Pastor, Creamy Poblano Pepper Strips (Rajas Poblanas) or Mushrooms
It comes with four flour tortillas.
