Description

An enchilada is typically a Mexican dish that is created by slightly frying tortillas and then dipped in our home made red sauce (not spicy at all)… If you would like green sauce, you can order it separately. These enchilada consists of 2 enchiladas topped with Carnitas (Mexican pulled pork) and filled with Chihuahua cheese and then smothered again on top with the same red salsa. Then added on the top with melted Chihuahua cheese, Mexican sour cream, and served with Mexican rice and slow-cooked black refried beans.
