Description
These tacos, which originated in the city of Puebla, Mexico, feature shredded chicken breast that is stewed, derived from a unique combination of tomatoes, onion, garlic and smoky chipotle (sufficient just to add flavor, not spicy at all), with oregano, bay leaf and thyme as well as a sweet touch from the piloncillo. It has a deeply smoky, and earthy flavor! Our chicken tinga tacos are served in corn tortilla… Who can resist?!. Order comes with four tacos.
