Chalupas poblanas are slightly fried corn tortillas, swabbed in salsa, topped with tiny diced Carne Asada along with a light sprinkle of raw dices white onions and a pinch of cilantro.
The order comes with 4 medium sized chalupas: 2 in green salsa and 2 in red salsa (very mild salsa). Each chalupa has an average diameter of 4″).
