Description
A compound word combining queso (cheese) and birria, the traditional Mexican stew. What it is, basically, is a beef birria taco with melted cheese — a kind of cross between a taco and a quesadilla. Comes with a little cup of rich, consomme (the beef broth), on the side to deep the QuesaBirria or even sip it between bites. Order comes with two QuesaBirrias.
